The West Hartford Tree Project is now accepting donations for our 2026 efforts. We are raising $6,000 for trees in 2026, and every dollar will be matched by Sustainable CT. Any amount helps us reach our goal!
Funding from this campaign will support:
- Purchase of 1,000+ native saplings for distribution
- Providing essential planting supplies including stakes and tree cages.
- Expanding our volunteer outreach and training to engage more West Hartford residents in hands-on tree stewardship.
These elements will allow us to plant more native trees in the ground this year, significantly accelerating the return of a healthy, resilient tree canopy to West Hartford.
